No tape, plugs, tools, needles or other accessories are required.
1. Place EMPTY cartridge in clip (as shown) and snap into place.
Note: Cartridge should be known to be in good working condition.
2. Insert bottle firmly as shown to pierce rubber seal and access ink.
3. Squeeze bottle firmly to force ink into cartridge. Release completely, allowing air to return to bottle. Repeat as needed until cartridge is full. Remove bottle and dispose of properly.
4. Remove filled cartridge from clip.
Note: For best results, turn cartridge upright and let stand for 5 minutes on a paper towel before installing in printer.
Helpful hints:
1. Cartridge should be known to be in good working condition. Putting fresh ink in a dried or damaged inkjet cartridge will not revive the cartridge.
2. After filling, turn cartridge upright and let stand for 5 minutes on a paper towel before installing in printer.
3. Wipe any excess ink with a dry paper towel.
4. Avoid over filling cartridge. Each bottle contains enough ink to fill one empty cartridge. If your cartridge is not completely empty, the entire contents of the bottle may not be needed. Unused ink can be saved for later use.
5. If cartridge should leak after refilling, replace cartridge in stand and repeat step #3, making sure the refill bottle completely expands with air before removing it from the top of the clip.
6. After refilling one cartridge, save the clip for use with the second bottle of ink.
