Epson S020034 & S030036 Cartridges Refilling Instructions for Epson Stylus Color, Color Pro and Color Pro XL printers.
Black & Color Cartridges
1. Place a piece tape over each outlet hole(s) in the base of the cartridge. A separate piece is recommended.
2. Peel back the bottom half of the sticky label to reveal the sealed filling hole(s).
3. Attach the needle to the syringe and fill with the appropriate color ink.
4. Use the filling needle to puncture the seal to the filling hole. (See diagram for filling hole color). Insert the filling needle all the way into the cartridge. Note: You may feel a slight pressure because the cartridge contains a sponge.
5. Inject approximately 12ml. of ink slowly or until ink appears at the filling hole.
6. Reseal the filling hole with some adhesive tape.
7. Unused ink may be returned to the bottle. Rinse the syringe with water and dry between each color refill or store for further use.
8. Reinsert the cartridge in the printer and allow to stand for up to 24 hours which allows ink to flow to the print head. NOTE: This time is greatly reduced if cartridge is refilled before it is empty.
9. Reinsert the cartridge and run a priming cycle as per printer instructions.
Note: Immediately refill any empty cartridges.
